This policy explains, in plain language, what information this site collects, how it's used, and your choices. It applies to ryangravescoaching.com and its tools, including the Compassion Check.

What I collect

• Information you submit. When you fill out a contact form, request a resource, or complete the Compassion Check and choose to enter your email, I collect what you provide — typically your name, email, organization/role, and your message.
• Compassion Check results. If you enter your email to unlock your results, I receive your overall score, score band, focus area, and which version (nursing, provider, or leader) you took. Your individual answers to each question are processed in your browser and are not transmitted or stored.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, my hosting provider may log standard data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

How I use it

• To send you the resource or results you requested.
• To reply to your inquiry about speaking, coaching, or related services.
• To occasionally send related, useful emails. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out anytime.

What I don't do

I don't sell or rent your information. I don't share it except with the service providers I use to run the site and send email (for example, my website host and email platform), who process it only on my behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing me directly. You can also ask me what information I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by contacting ryan@ryangravescoaching.com.
